1、 Introduction to COD Pre made Reagents

1. This reagent has a range of 150-1500mg/L and can directly replace hash reagents. Users do not need to prepare their own reagents, saving time, improving safety, and making operation easier.

2. Time saving: The digestion time is only 20 minutes, and the entire testing process, including the digestion of water samples, colorimetric determination, and other steps, takes less than 40 minutes for a batch;

3. Compact digestion device: The COD digester developed by Analytical Technology replaces the traditional COD reflux device and can simultaneously digest up to 30 water samples;

4. Low secondary pollution to the environment: Micro reflux method only requires a small amount of reagents, and sealed reagent tubes can prevent harmful substances from splashing out and improve measurement accuracy, ensuring the safety of the digestion process;

5. The operation is simple and easy to learn, and the illustrated operation guide facilitates the mastery of COD analysis methods in a relatively short period of time.

2、 Precautions

1. If the photometer used has a circular hole sample cell that matches the pre installed tube, the pre installed tube can be directly used as a colorimetric tube; If not available, the digested liquid can be aspirated into a 1cm colorimetric dish for further testing;

2. If the user's laboratory has Hash DR series instruments (such as DR3900/DR6000/DR900/DR5000/DR2400, etc.), there is no need to draw a standard curve, and the COD 20 min LR digestion test program can be directly called for zeroing test (program number 436);

3. This COD pre packaged reagent/pre packaged tube is suitable for water samples with a chloride ion concentration not exceeding 1000 mg/L (diluted). Otherwise, an appropriate amount of mercury sulfate solid should be added in a mass ratio of m [HgSO4]: m [Cl -] ≥ 20:1;

4. Blank and test samples should be made using small tubes of the same batch number for each test, and the batch number can be found on the product label;
